Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 4 onions
  2. 1/2 kg of mutton
  3. Red chilli powder (according to your taste)
  4. Coriander powder 1 tsp
  5. Salt (according to your taste)
  6. 100 gram yogurt

Instructions

  1. Cut the onions into slices and fry them in oil until they change their colour from white to brownish. When the onions change colour, take them out in a plate.
  2. In another pan, heat some oil, then add in the ginger-garlic paste, garam masala, red chilli powder, coriander powder, salt, mutton and fry it together. Note to fry the mutton for about 10 minutes.
  3. After 10 minutes, turn off the gas. Take some water, pour it in the mutton and cook for 30 minutes.
  4. Once the water is absorbed by the mutton after 30 minutes, add in the fried onions and yogurt as well. Let it cook for another 10 minutes.
  5. Your korma is ready!
