Ingredients Serving: 10

  1. Mutton 1kg
  2. Onions 1/2 kg
  3. Tomatoes 1/4 kg
  4. Chilli powder 3 spoon
  5. Salt as required
  6. Potatoes 3 bigones
  7. Whole garam masalas some
  8. Ginger garlic paste 2 tspn
  9. Turmeric 1/4 tspn
  10. Pudina handful
  11. Coriander handful
  12. Green chillies 3
  13. Curd 1 cup
  14. Lemons 2
  15. Oil 3 tbsp
  16. For grinding
  17. Coconut 7 slices
  18. Khus khus(poppy seeds) 1tbsp
  19. Cashews few

Instructions

  1. Soak the poppy seeds and cashew for sometime and grind it into a fine paste with coconut
  2. In a cooker heat oil add whole garam masalas and finely chopped onions
  3. Fry till golden brown
  4. Add gg paste saute it for a minute add mutton to it and saute it nicely
  5. Add turmeric,and chilli powders and salt
  6. Now add finely chopped tomatoes pudina leaves coriander leaves and green chillies and cook till tomatoes are mushy
  7. Add some water and cook for 5 whistles
  8. After that add diced potatoes curd and lime juice and coconut paste
  9. Cook for 2 whistles
  10. Serve it with parathas are ghee rice
