Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Meat 1/2 kg
  2. Onion medium 3
  3. Tomato 2
  4. Ginger garlic and green chilli paste 1 and 1/2 spoon
  5. Curd 1/2 cup whipped
  6. Pure ghee 2 big spoons
  7. Bay leaves - 2
  8. Salt as per taste
  9. red chilli - 2 tsp
  10. mutton korma masala - 2 tsp

Instructions

  1. Wash mutton.
  2. Make paste of onion and tomoto separately.
  3. In pressure cooker put ghee and bay leaves. Add ginger garlic and chilli paste. Saute it.
  4. Now add onion and saute it on slow gas.
  5. When it it slightly brown mix tomato and saute. Now add curd and again mix well. Now put all masalas and again saute the same. Mix mutton and leave on slow flame for 10-15 minutes. Mix some water and again cover for some time. Repeat this process 2-3 times with a gap of 10 minutes.
  6. Now add water and give 4-5 whistle.
  7. Remove from flame. Check if gravy is not thick put on sim gas and cover.
  8. Your mutton korma is ready.
