Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. Bottle gourd/Dudhee 1
  2. Milk 1 litre
  3. Sugar 4 tablespoons
  4. few kesar strands
  5. Few Sliced Pistas
  6. Varak 1 leaf

Instructions

  1. Peel , wash and grate dudhee
  2. Pressure cook milk and dudhee by giving 3 whistlea.
  3. Allow it to cool
  4. If milk is their keep on medium flame
  5. Keep on stirring.
  6. Add sugar ;;kesar (soaked in warm water ) once milk is completely dried.
  7. Keep stirring at regular intervals
  8. Adjust the taste
  9. Once sugar dries up ; close the flame
  10. Grease the thali
  11. Pour the mithai
  12. Level it with the back side of a steel bowl
  13. Garnish with varak and sliced pistas
