ABOUT Mango fritters RECIPE

This is sweet and sour in taste made by ripe mango.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Sweet mango cut in desire shape
  2. One cup All-purpose flour
  3. Pinch of salt
  4. 1/4 cup sugar ....and according to your taste
  5. One spoon powdered sugar
  6. Cinnamon powder
  7. Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Mixed flour, salt, sugar, one spoon oil, and cinnamon powder in bowl. Make a thick better with water.
  2. Rub the powder sugar on mango and keep it for some time
  3. Beat the better.
  4. Heat oil. And coat mango with this better and fry it. If it is crispy and golden brown that means fritters is ready.
  5. Serve it hot olny
