We all like muffin. This muffin is made by egg. We can serve as a snacks and good for school children's tiffin box.

Ingredients Serving: 4

Refine flour 1 cup
Backing powder 1 tsp
Sugar powder 1 cup
Melted butter 1 cup
Egg 2 pieces
Vanilla essence 1 tsp
Chocolate Chips 1/2 cup

Instructions

Take a mixing bowl add butter sugar and eggs. Beat properly
Preheat oven at 180 degree Celsius.
Now add refine flour with baking powder cut and fold. Add vanilla essence and chocolate chips again cut and fold.
Muffin cup brush with butter and pour the smooth batter. Bake for 20 minutes at 170 degree celsius.
De mold and serve.
