Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 4 Eggs
  2. 1 big onion chopped
  3. 1 big tomato chopped
  4. coriander 2 tablespoon finely chopped
  5. capsicum( I used green, yellow and red) finely chopped 2 tablespoon
  6. mozzarella cheese 2 spoon
  7. Salt
  8. Pepper
  9. 1 chilie finely chopped

Instructions

  1. cut all vegetables into small pieces, mix all ingredients in one big bowl
  2. add eggs, salt and pepper wishk all ingredients together
  3. add mozzarella cheese and mix
  4. greas the muffins tray and pour the better
  5. cook in pre heated otg for 15 min at 200degree
  6. eggs muffins are ready, can enjoy with piece of bread with tea, or like that also.. just enjoy
