ABOUT Rava Paniyaram RECIPE

Small balls of rava with lots of vegetables.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1 cup Rava
  2. 1/2 cup sour curd
  3. Salt and red chilli powder as per taste
  4. Chopped vegetables 1 + 1/2 cup (carrot, beans, capsicum, onion etc)
  5. Green chilli chopped 2-3
  6. Oil for brushing
  7. baking soda 1 pinch
  8. Green chutney as needed

Instructions

  1. In a big bowl mix rava, seasoning and vegetables.
  2. Mix in curd, green chilli and soda. Mix well.
  3. Add a little water if required.
  4. Keep aside for 10 minutes.
  5. Mix again, if still thick add a little more water.
  6. Brush appe pan and pour a tbsp full of paste. Cook for 2-3 minutes than flip onto another side.
  7. Cook until done, brush oil and flip again.
  8. Serve hot with chutney.
