  1. For jalebi
  2. ek cup maida ek cup dahi ek cup sugar .10-12 Kesar petal
  3. ghee

Instructions

  1. Soak chanadal in water for 2to 3 hours. Phir pani se nikal kar palak ke saath dardara pis le.Dahi ko malmal ke cloth mein hang kare jab tak uska sara pani na nikal jaye Toh ek plate mein dahi nikal le. Pisi dal mein namak,red chilli powder
  2. garam masala milaye uske baad besan aur bread crums ko acche se mix kare dal aur palak ke mixture ke chote chote pere banaye aur hand par spread kar ke isme dahi ki filling kare aur deep fry kare serve karne se phele centre se cut kare.
