Hung curd mixed with spices, potato and bread makes delicious snack.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1 cup Hung curd ( tie half kg fresh curd in a muslin cloth and hang for 4 hours)
  2. 2 medium sized boiled potatoes
  3. Half cup fresh bread crumbs
  4. 1 tbsp Coarsely ground garlic-ginger-green chillies
  5. 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  6. 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
  7. 1/2 tsp pepper powder
  8. 1 tbsp chopped corriader
  9. Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Mix hung curd, smashed boiled potatoes and other ingredients.
  2. Shape like kebabs and shallow fry in oil till golden brown.
  3. Serve with pudina chutney
