Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Hung curd 1cup.
  2. Grated cottage cheese 1/2cup.
  3. Roasted black gram flour 1table spoon
  4. Chopped coriander leaves 1table spoon.
  5. Chopped green chillies 1tea spoon .
  6. Red chilly powder 1tea spoon .
  7. Garam masala powder 1tea spoon.
  8. Chopped dry fruits 1table spoon
  9. Raisins15_20 nos.
  10. Salt 1tea spoon or to taste.
  11. Oil 200 ml.
  12. Corn starch 1/2cup.

Instructions

  1. Take hung curd in a bowl and blend well .mix all the ingredients exept raisins and oil.
  2. Pinch some mixture about a size of golf ball.make adisc shape ,put 2_3raisins into it and seal the edges with the help of a little water.
  3. Flatten the ball to give ashape of disc/tikki.rollinto corn starch.
  4. Heat oil in a fry pan and fry kebabs on medium flame till golden.
  5. Kebabs are golden,take it out.
  6. Dish out the kebabs.
  7. Serve with sauce or chutney of your choice.
