Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Hung curd- 250gm
  2. Besan- 2-3 tsp
  3. Ginger- 1 inch
  4. Onion- 1 medium
  5. Green chillies- 4
  6. Coriander- few strands
  7. Corn flour- 2-3 tsp
  8. Pepper powder- pinch
  9. Salt- as per taste
  10. Oil- 3-4 tsp

Instructions

  1. Take a large bowl add hung curd into the bowl
  2. Add besan, chopped onion, green chillies, ginger paste, chopped coriander in curd
  3. Add pepper powder and salt and mix it well
  4. Wet ur hands, take enough mix on Ur palm and give desired shape
  5. In a plate take some corn flour and roll your prepared kababs in it
  6. Take a flat non stick tawa add 2 spoon oil on it
  7. Fry kababs from both the sides
  8. Serve hot with onion and mint chutney
