ABOUT Dahi ke aloo RECIPE

This is a delicious curry made with potatoes in a spicy gravy, made with curd.

Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. 3 cup dahi [curd]
  2. 3 tbsp cream
  3. 1 tbsp oil
  4. 5 tbsp tomato sauce
  5. green chili 2 cut in length
  6. ginger julienne 2 tsp
  7. Salt
  8. red chilli
  9. garam masala
  10. 6 to 7 half fried potatoes in big cubes

Instructions

  1. mix all these ingredients very well and marinate the half fried 6 to7 potatoes in this mixture. Refrigerate this for 1 hour.
  2. Now take a pan and add some ghee..now add dahi aloo mixture and mix well, cook it.
  3. Now lower the gas flame, cover the pan with a lid and cook this for 10 minutes. Now add 2 tbsp of milk for the gravy and mix well.
  4. Check for seasoning and garnish with coriander leaves. Serve hot with roti or paratha.
