ABOUT TRICOLOR PANEER TIKKA RECIPE

My recipe of tricolor paneer tikka involves homemade paneer and veggies. The combination of tangy and spicy flavour makes it more amazing. It's smokey grilled outside and soft juicy inside.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Paneer-200-gm
  2. Curd-100-gm
  3. Blackpepper-1-Tsp
  4. Lemon juice-1/2-Tbsp
  5. Coriander leaves-50-gm
  6. Ginger garlic paste-1-Tbsp
  7. Salt -1-Tbsp
  8. Cashew paste-1-Tbsp
  9. Mustard oil or any other cooking oil-2-Tbsp

Instructions

  1. For marination of orange colour paneer tikka- Marinate pinch of salt , 2tbsp Kashmiri mirch, 1/2tbsp lemon juice , ginger garlic paste,paneer and tomato slices in 4 tomato ketchup together and leave it in fridge for 2hrs.
  2. For marination of white paneer tikka- Marinate pinch of salt , 1/2tsp blackpepper, 1tbsp cashew paste, paneer and onion slices together and leave it in refrigerator for 2hrs.
  3. For marination of green paneer tikka- First make green chutney by adding coriander leaves, 2 green chilli, 1/2 inch of ginger, 1/2 tbsp of lemon juice , 1/2 tsp of salt and little water. Then marinate the paneer and capsicum in it. Leave
  4. Grease the grilling tray with oil.After 2hrs transfer the marinated paneer in grilling tray and apply oil on the upper surface as well and grill it in oven for 15 mins. at 210 degree celsius. Before grilling preheat the oven for 10 mins. at the same temperature.
