Ingredients Serving: 2
for dough:-
150 grams whole wheat flour
150 grams all purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
140 ml yogurt
100 ml water
1 Teaspoon oil
For Paneer Tikka:-
250 grams paneer
1 Teaspoon oil
1/2 teaspoon red chilli powder
1 teaspoon garam masala
120 ml yogurt
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon chaat masala
1 teaspoon ginger garlic paste
For topping:-
2 teaspoon pizza sauce
200 grams mozzarella cheese
1 teaspoon pizza seasoning
1 sliced onion
1 sliced green capsicam
1/2 sliced tomato
Instructions
1. For Dough:- In a mixing bowl,add whole wheat flour,all purpose flour, baking powder and mix well.Add yogurt and water.Bring the mixture together and kneed into a smooth soft dough.
2. Add oil and mix the dough again.Keep aside.
3. For Making Paneer Tikka:- In a bowl,add yogurt,red chilli paste,ginger garlic paste,garam masala,chaat masala,salt,oil and mix well.
4. Add paneer in it and mix it again.Marinate for 30 minutes.
5. Pre- heat the oven to 200°C.Bake for 10-12 minutes.
6. For Making Naan Base :- Flatten the dough circle, sprinkle a little flour and roll them to make a naan.
7. Pre-heat the oven to 200°C.Bake for 10-12 minutes.
8. For Assembling & Topping:- Using a spoon spread pizza sauce on naan base.
9. Top this with some grated mozzarella cheese.
10. Add the panner pieces on the top of it.Also add some slices of onion, capsicam and tomato over it.
11. Add some more cheese over it.Sprinkle some pizza seasoning on the top.
12. Pre-heat the oven to 200° C.
13. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the cheese has melted and the base is lightly browned. Cut it into pieces. Serve hot.
