Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Paneer- 250- gm
  2. Coriander leaves- 50- gm
  3. Tomato- 1- large
  4. Onion- 2- large
  5. Capsicum- 2- large
  6. Carrots- 2- small
  7. Salt- 2- tsp
  8. Bhuna jeera powder- 2- tbsp
  9. Lemon- 1/2- big
  10. Hung curd- 4- tbsp
  11. Fresh cream- 1- tbsp
  12. Kashmiri red chilli powder- 1 1/2- tbsp
  13. Garam masala- 1- tsp
  14. Haldi- 1/2- tsp
  15. Mustard oil- 4- tbsp
  16. Elaichi- 10- gm
  17. Saunf- 1/2- tsp
  18. Black pepper- 1- tsp
  19. Roasted besan- 4- tbsp
  20. Kasuri methi- 3- tsp
  21. Cashew paste- 1- tbsp

Instructions

  1. For white marinate- mix:- 1 tbsp cream, 1 tbsp hung curd, crushed 2-3 seeds of elaichi and saunf, 1 tbsp roasted besan, chopped half green chili, salt as per taste, cashew paste, 1/2 tsp ginger garlic paste and 1/2 tsp kasuri methi
  2. For green marinate:- Grind coriander leaves, 1 tsp ginger garlic paste, 1 hari mirch, 1/4 lemon and 1 tbsp curd. Mix 1 tsp cream, 1/4 tsp kasuri methi, salt as pe taste, 1/2 tsp jeera powder, 1 tbsp roasted besan, 1 tsp mustard oil and pinch of garam masala to coriander mix
  3. For red marinate:- 1 and 1/2 tbsp curd, 2 tbsp roasted besan, 3 tbsp tempered mustard oil, 2 tsp kashmiri red chilli powder, salt as per taste, 1 tbsp roasted jeera powder, 1/2 tsp kasuri methi, 1/3 tsp garam masala and pinch of haldi
  4. Add diced capsicum and diced paneer to green marinate and keep for atleast 1 hr
  5. Add diced tomato and paneer to red marinate and keep for atleast 1 hr
  6. Add diced onion and paneer to white marinate and keep for atleast 1 hr
  7. After 1 hr add the marinated paneer and vegetables to skewer and roast it in oven at 220°C for 15 mins
