Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. Flour - 2- cup
  2. Baking pwdr - 2- tsp
  3. Brown sugar half- 1- cup
  4. Cinnamon pwdr - 1- tsp
  5. Butter - 115- grm
  6. Egg- 1- large
  7. Vanilla- 1- tsp
  8. Chocolatechip - 1- cup
  9. FOR EGG WASH- Egg- 1- unit
  10. Milk- 1- tbsp
  11. Confectioners sugar- 2- tsp

Instructions

  1. Take 2 ⅔ cup flour in a bowl
  2. Add baking pwdr,½ cup brown sugar, 1 tsp cinnamon pwdr.Mix and combine
  3. Add 115 grms cold butter
  4. combine the flour and butter till it resembles coarse meal
  5. Add 1 tsp vanilla and ¾ cup heavy cream.Add 1 large egg too
  6. stir in ½ cup Chocochips and ½ cup chopped Walnuts
  7. combine everything. Do not knead.Juat get the dough togther
  8. Remove the dough in a greased baking tray and make it onto a thick disk. It should resemble like a pizza.
  9. cut the dough into 8 wedges using a pizza cutter and try to keep some space between them.
  10. now combine 1 egg the milk and prepare the egg wash
  11. brush this egg wash over the scones
  12. preheat the oven to 200⁰ Celsius and bake the scones to 18 to 20 mins or until they turn golden brown on top.Allow them to cool on the cooling rack for 10 mins
  13. serve the scones with some fresh cream or some peanut butter
  14. Best enjoyed same day
