This is a very healthy substitute of chaat. combination of healthy and tasty chaat recipe.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Spinich leaves- 20- 1bunch
  2. Gram flour- 1- 1 cup
  3. Water- 50- 1/2 cup
  4. Pomegranate seeds- 1- 20 gsa
  5. Salt- 1- 1/2 teaspo
  6. Turmeric powder- 1- 1/2 teaspo
  7. Rosted cumin powder- 1- 1 teaspoon
  8. Chaat masala- 1- 1/2 teaspo
  9. Black pepper powder- 1- 1/2 teaspo
  10. Sweet yogurt- 1- 2 tablespo
  11. Oil for frying- 1- 50ml

Instructions

  1. take a bowl add gram flour, salt, turmeric powder and water. make a smooth batter like chilla batter.
  2. Add spinich leaves in batter and coat with batter properly.
  3. heat the oil in a pan and fry all the spinich leaves untill the colors is golden brown n leaves were crisp.
  4. place palak leaves in a plate n pour some green chutney, tamarind chutney, sweet yogurt.
  5. garnishing with chaat masala, black pepper powder and pomegranate seeds.
  6. palak leaf chaat is ready enjoy...😋
