Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Palak 1 bunch
  2. Besan 1 cup
  3. Salt
  4. Ajwain
  5. Garam Masala powder
  6. Suji 1/4 cup
  7. Turmeric Powder
  8. Red chilli powder

Instructions

  1. Make a batter of all the ingredients except spinach.
  2. The batter should be thick.Now dip one by one leaf in this batter & fry it
