Ingredients Serving: 1

  1. Spinach leaves 4
  2. Sweet corn 1/2 cup
  3. ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
  4. Green chili 2-3 - adjust
  5. Tomato chopped 2 tsp
  6. Oil for frying
  7. Salt as per taste
  8. Basan 3 tbsp

Instructions

  1. Boil the corn with salt . Allow to cool completely
  2. Grind corn, ginger garlic paste, green chilies, tomatoes and salt with little water to form smooth paste
  3. Heat oil in a pan, Add paste and cook for 12 minutes over low heat
  4. Brush spinach leaves with oil, Apply corn paste on 1 leaf and cover it another Spinach leaf
  5. In a bowl, mix besan, salt and water to form thick batter. Dip spinach leaves in batter
  6. Deep fry until golden brown over medium heat
  7. Serve hot
