Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Parimal rice- 1- 1.5cup
  2. Saboot moong- 1- 3/4cup
  3. Ginger- 1- 1 piece
  4. Chana dal- 1- 3/4 cup
  5. Green chillies- 3- 3
  6. Salt- 1- 1 teaspoon
  7. Hing- 1- 1 teaspoon

Instructions

  1. Soak rice and dal overnight
  2. Grind dal chilli ginger and make batter
  3. Add salt and hing
  4. Take tawa pour the batter and spread like dosa
  5. Mix dal chilla ready to serve with gunpowder
