ABOUT Egg Cutlet RECIPE

I am getting lot of eggs home these days. Two reasons for this, first is they are available easily when other vegetables are scarce in this lockdown time and other to keep the nutrition and immunity maintained in covid times. The usual bhurji, curry and biryani has become so mundane that I had sort of started getting nausea of that. So tried this egg cutlet recipe. To tell the truth, this is recipe which I googles for egg 65 which is fried egg fritters. Now, being loyal to my no fry policybI have done some modifications and so comes the innovative and easy recipe of egg cutlet. Have it with bread or snack it, you will love it for sure..

Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Boiled eggs- 6- no
  2. Curd- 2- teaspoon
  3. Garam masala- 1- teaspoon
  4. Ginger garlic paste- 1- teaspoon
  5. Red chilly powder- 1- teaspoon
  6. Sugar- 1- teaspoon
  7. Coriander and mint leaves- 1- teaspoon
  8. Cumin coriander powdee- 1- teaspoon
  9. Gram flour- 2- teaspoon
  10. Corn flour- 2- teaspoon
  11. Maida- 2- teaspoon
  12. Salt- 1- to taste
  13. Oil- 2- teaspoon

Instructions

  1. Finely cut boiled eggs to small pieces, take them in a mixing bowl. Add curd.
  2. Add coriander and mint leaves, ginger garlic paste
  3. Add red chilly powder and other powdered spices, sugar, salt.
  4. Add all gram flour, maida, corn flour
  5. Mix it well to form a dough. Do not make it too runny.
  6. Make small balls out of the dough. Press them slightly to give cutlet shape
  7. Heat the tawa or fry pan Place the cutlets on it. Drizzle some oil
  8. When done on side, flip them and cook from both sides for about 15 minutes till they become golden brown
  9. Serve with choice of your sauce, chilly, or with bread
