Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Mutton - 500 gms
  2. Chopped onion - 4 big size
  3. Cream - 2 - 3 tbsp
  4. Chopped ginger - 1 tsp
  5. Chopped garlic - 1 tsp
  6. Cinnamon - 1 inch stick
  7. Whole black pepper - 4 - 5
  8. Cloves - 4 - 5
  9. Bay leaf - 2 - 3
  10. Green cardamom - 2 - 3
  11. Mace - 1 piece
  12. Coriander powder - 1 tsp
  13. Red chilly powder - 2 tsp
  14. Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp Sal
  15. Salt - to taste
  16. Oil - 100 gms
  17. Green cardamom powder - 1/4 tsp
  18. Mace powder - 1/4 tsp

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a pan.
  2. Add bay leaf,cloves,black pepper,mace,green cardamom,black cardamom,cinnamon and saute for one mins.
  3. Add chopped onion,mutton pieces,ginger,garlic,coriander powder,turmeric powder,salt and mix well.
  4. Stir fry for 15 - 20 mins and cover it on a low flame for 15 - 20 mins.
  5. Add cream,cardamom powder and mace powder and mix well.
  6. Add one cup of water and cook for five mins.
  7. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve.
