Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Ghee 4 tbsp
  2. Sooji 1 cup
  3. Boiled milk 1 cup
  4. Crushed Khadi sakar / Sugar 1 cup
  5. Mango puree
  6. Dry fruits 3-4 tbsp
  7. Cardemom Powder 1 tbsp
  8. Finely chopped Mango 1 cup

Instructions

  1. Heat 3 tbsp ghee in a pan.
  2. Add Sooji to it.
  3. Keep stirring until the sweet aroma of cooked Sooji starts coming.
  4. Add another tbsp of ghee, if required.
  5. Now, add boiled milk to it and give it a nice stir. Let it cook for some time.
  6. Now, add crushed Khadi sakar powder or sugar to it.
  7. Keep stirring until everything gets mixed properly.
  8. Add mango pulp, cardemom powder and dry fruits to it.
