Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Wheat flour/Atta 4 cups
  2. Ajwain 1/2 spoon
  3. Oil 2 table spoon
  4. Baking soda 1/4 spoon
  5. Salt
  6. Haldi 1/4 tea spoon

Instructions

  1. Add ajwain salt oil turmeric, baking soda and salt to the atta and knead into a tight dough. Leave it for 15 min
  2. Make 3 balls of the dough
  3. Adjust the temperature of microwave to 40% and bake the wheat balls for 5 min
  4. Turn the bhatis and adjust the temperature to 60% and bake for 5 min
  5. Again turn and bake for another 5 min at 60%
  6. Take out the soft bhatis and put it inside hot ghee and fry for 2 min
  7. Serve hot with mixed yellow dal.
