Heat ghee in a karahi. Fry sliced onions to make brown onions.
Now crumble paneer .add cornflour and make small balls. Fry in hot oil.
Deep fry all dry fruits and keep aside.
Now add chopped onions to the ghee .cook till golden brown. Add salt, Kashmiri red chilli powder, dry fruits, sugar, lemon juice, cherries and mix well all.
Now add rice to the mixture and cook on low flame for 10 minutes.
Garnish with paneer beads and serve hot.
