Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Elephant yam 250 gms
  2. Chilli powder 2 tsp
  3. Salt as per taste
  4. Turmeric Powder 1 tsp
  5. Oil as required

Instructions

  1. Cut the yam.
  2. Take a pan, add in the water, yam, turmeric, salt and allow it to boil for 10 minutes. Then drain the water and allow it to cool.
  3. Add chilli powder and salt. Mix it well together.
  4. Heat a pan, add oil to heat, put in all the yam and fry until it's golden in colour.
