Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. 1 bowl soaked pink masoor dal
  2. 1 red bell pepper julliens
  3. 1 yellow bell pepper julliens
  4. 1 green bell pepper julliens
  5. 4 to 5 pieces broccholli
  6. 4 to 6 mushroom pieces
  7. 1 tspn salt
  8. 1/4 tspn hing
  9. 1/2 tspn red chilli powder
  10. 1/2 tspn black salt
  11. 1/2 tspn oregano
  12. 1/2 tspn black pepper
  13. 1 tspn chilli sauce
  14. 1 tblspn tomato ketchup

Instructions

  1. Put the soaked masoor dal in the mixing jar.
  2. Now add 1/4 tspn salt, red chilli powder and hing into the jar.
  3. Grind the dal into the fine batter
  4. Now put this batter into the bowl and whip it by adding little bit of water.
  5. See the consistency of the batter, it should be neither thick nor runny.
  6. After that, heat the pan and brush it with oil.
  7. Pour one scoop of batter on the flat pan.
  8. Spread it towards outerside with the laddle.
  9. Flip it after one min when it gets brown from the bottom.
  10. Flip it again and make sure it is brown from both the sides.
  11. The cheela should be soft nor more crisp.
  12. Likewise make all cheelas.
  13. Now take a pan and heat oil in it.
  14. Add al three of the bell peppers and saute it for a min.
  15. Now add mushrooms, carrot and brochholi in it.
  16. Saute it.
  17. There should be crunch in the vegetables.
  18. In the meanwhile cut cheelas into long stripes.
  19. Now add all the dry spice ingredients and sauces in the pan.
  20. Mix it by adding long striped cheela noodles into it.
  21. Mix it softly with laddle so that noodles does not break.
  22. Now here is our masoor dal cheela noodles ready to eat.
  23. It is very healthy for kids due to all the vegetables we have added in it.
