  14. When the dough becomes double in size transfer it in a working surface.
  15. Punch the dough and divide it into 8 equal portions.
  16. Take one portion and roll it to make a very thin round sheet. Make as thin as possible.
  17. Take butter in a cup and melt it in microwave.
  18. Brush melted butter on the sheet generously.
  19. Shred the prepared chicken pieces and spread some over the butter layer.
  20. Also spread some prepared onions and capsicum.
  21. Now start rolling the paratha from one side.
  22. Roll completely to other side and make a long log.
  23. Roll using your palm to make it longer and make a round disk by rolling from one end.Dust your working surface if necessary.
  24. With a rolling pin roll it lightly to make a thick paratha.
  25. Prick the paratha nicely with a fork so that it will not puff up while baking.
  26. Place it in a lined baking tray.
  27. Like this make another paratha and place it in a baking tray.
  28. Pre heat oven ta 200 degree C for 10 minutes.
  29. Brush the top side of the parathas with milk.
  30. Bake them for about 20 minutes or until golden brown with both rods on.
  31. Like the same procedure bake all the parathas.
  32. They are very tasty and can be enjoyed just by brushing some butter on top. Your kids will love them for sure.
