Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. Besan - 1 cup
  2. Sugar - 1 cup
  3. Cardamom seeds - 2
  4. Ghee - 1/2 cup
  5. Water to sprinkle
  6. Dry coconut - 1/2 cup

Instructions

  1. Heat ghee in a pan.
  2. Add the besan and cardamom seeds and roast well.
  3. Roast till it changes the colour and gives out fragrance.
  4. Add grated coconut and mix well.
  5. Add sugar and mix well and turn off the gas.
  6. When it slightly cools down, take 1 teaspoon ghee and mix well and gently make laddoos with hands.
