Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Besan- 4cups
  2. Ghee- appx 1 cup
  3. Powdered Sugar- 2 cups
  4. Cardamom powder- 1/2 tsp
  5. Walnuts- 10-12 chopped
  6. Cashews-10-12 chopped
  7. Almonds- 10-12 chopped

Instructions

  1. Shift besan through a fine sieve.
  2. Put besan in a heavy bottomed kadai.
  3. Cook it on low heat till besan done well and fragrant.
  4. Now start adding ghee in less amount and keep mixing.
  5. Add ghee in only amount which u want but besan should be well roast in the ghee.
  6. Add cardamom powder and switch off the flame.
  7. Add all your chopped nuts and mix well.
  8. Let it cool slightly.
  9. Now add sugar and mix it very well.
  10. Now shape them into walnut sized round balls.
  11. Let it cool completely.
  12. Your yummy laddoos are ready, store them in a airtight container.
