Masala pomfret fry is very tasty.serve it hot with rice.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 2 big size white pomfret fish.
  2. 2 tbsp ginger paste.
  3. 2 tbsp garlic paste.
  4. Curd 4-5 tbsp.
  5. Turmeric powder 1 tbsp.
  6. Red chilli powder 2 tbsp.
  7. Lemon juice 2 tbsp.
  8. Salt to taste.
  9. Butter 2 tbsp.
  10. Sunflower oil 2 tbsp.

Instructions

  1. Wash the pomfret properly.now marinate it with lemon juice and 1/2 tsp salt.
  2. Take a big bowl add all the ingredients for marination and make a thick paste.Now add pomfret fish coat it on both sides properly.
  3. Let it marinate for minimum 20-30 minutes in the refrigerator.
  4. Heat butter and oil in a nonstick tawa until hot.
  5. Fry the fish until turns golden brown in colour.
  6. Garnish with cucumber, tomato and onion.
