A delicious prepration of mutton,that is all time favourit of mine too.

Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. Minced mutton 400grams.
  2. Red chilli powder 1table spoon.
  3. Garam masala powder 1table spoon.
  4. Cumin powder 1tea spoon.
  5. Turmeric powder 1pinch.
  6. Chopped green chillies 1table spoon.
  7. Chopped coriander leaves 2table spoon.
  8. Egg 1 no.
  9. Salt to taste.
  10. Ginger paste 2table spoon.
  11. Onion paste 2table spoon.
  12. Roasted chana dal powder/sattu 2table spoon.
  13. Mustard oil 2table spoon (for kebab).
  14. Mustard oil 200ml( for frying).

Instructions

  1. Mix all the ingredients to mutton keema exept oil for frying.
  2. Set aside for 30 minutes.
  3. Make small flat tikkies.
  4. Heat oil in a non_stick tawa/pan and shallow fry tikkies on medium heat till golden.
  5. Enjoy with salad/chutney.
