This Italian wrap is very similar to veg franky or veg roll

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. For veggie masalaPaneer 200 gram
  2. Salt to taste
  3. Corn flour one table spoon
  4. Oil three table spoon
  5. Bell peppers one one ( red, yellow, green ) cut into julians
  6. Half cabbage shredded
  7. Chilli flacks one tea spoon
  8. Oregano one tea spoon
  9. Mix hurb one tea spoon
  10. mayo dip - Mayonnaise three table spoon
  11. Green chatni two tea spoon
  12. For wrap- three cup maida ( all purpose flour )
  13. Salt to taste
  14. One table spoon oil
  15. Water as required
  16. Ghee for greasing
  17. Salad , green mayo and yellow mayo for serving

Instructions

  1. Cut paneer into strip and season with salt and corn flour
  2. Now take a wok heat oil and shallow fry paneer keep aside
  3. Now add all three bell peppers to heated oil
  4. Add cabbage
  5. Add salt and chilli flacks,
  6. Oregano and mix hurb
  7. Add fried paneer , mix well and keep aside
  8. Now take a small bowl add three table spoon mayonnaise
  9. Add green chatni , mix and keep aside
  10. Now take a bowl add maida ( all purpose flour )
  11. Add salt , oil and water for kneading dough
  12. Take small ball of dough and make chapati
  13. Heat grill pan for chapati
  14. Filp over the chapati
  15. Grease with ghee and fry both sides
  16. Spread green mayo mix and veggie masala on center
  17. Fold and cut with cutter
  18. Now take serving plate arrange wraps , green mayo , yellow mayo and salad
  19. Serve hot
