Dahi vada is a famous recipe i added mint flavour on to vada ..its my creation

Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. Urad dal 2 cups
  2. Dahi 1/2ltr
  3. Mint leaves 2 cups
  4. Green chilli 3
  5. . Ginger pieces 1tsp
  6. Cumin seeds half tsp
  7. Salt half tsp
  8. Tadaka::
  9. Half tsp mustard seeds
  10. Half tsp cumin seeds
  11. Curry leaves half cup
  12. Oil 3tsp
  13. Tamarind chutney 1tsp

Instructions

  1. Let's start dahi vada ..take soaked urad dal strain water keep a side
  2. Then transfer the blender make fine paste
  3. Add salt,baking soda onto vada batter make vada shape on it leave into hot oil
  4. Fri well take out to oil put into cold water
  5. Mean while take blender jar put mint leaves,chilli ,cumin,salt,m ake fine paste
  6. This main course flavour paste
  7. Take a big mouth bowl pour thickcurd beat well ,add salt,already prepared mint paste add to dahi mix well
  8. Already put vada in cold water take out put into dahi
  9. Heat a fring pan pour oil put cumin,mustard seeds,curry leaves when it's splits these
  10. Tadaka into curd mix gently
  11. Take a serving plate place dahi vada garnish with mint chutney , tamarind chutney
  12. Ready to serve
