All time favourite dish
This is my evergreen favourite...
To prepare vada, Firstly soak udad daal for 5 hours, after that drain water and put in a mixer and make a thick batter
In that batter add salt, jeera and crushed ginger and pinch of Hing ( asafoetida)and mix well
Take a deep pan put oil for frying vada, now with help of two spoon make small vada and put them in medium heat till it becomes golden in color
After that take out vada from oil put them in water, leave it for few minutes
Meanwhile, take dahi in large bowl and blend it smoothly with the help of hand blender or spoon
Take out vada from water and put them in dahi
Now we will make imli chutni
Soak imli in water for 1 hour
Now mash imli in water and take out its pulp,
In imli pulp add sugar, salt, black salt, roasted jeera powder, red chilli powder and Mint powder
For serving
Take one plate, put soaked vada along with dahi now add 3- 4 spoons imli chutni, garnish with red chilli powder, salt and roasted jeera powder and put some sev on top.
Serve
SERVING: 6
