Dessert is rich and tasty in flavours. Badami rabdi make this dessert too rich. Sesame Gulab jamun tastes wonderful with lots of sesame flavour.

Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. half cup Mawa
  2. 1 tsp refined flour
  3. 2 tbsp roasted sesame powder
  4. Oil for frying
  5. FOR STUFFING-
  6. Sesame seeds 1 tablespoon
  7. Elaichi powder 1 tbsp
  8. Cashew nut 6-8 chopped
  9. For sugar syrup-
  10. Sugar one cup
  11. Water 1 cup
  12. Elaichi powder one spoon
  13. For rabdi-
  14. 2 CUP MILK
  15. 2 tbsp almond powder
  16. One big spoon sugar or to taste
  17. 2 tbsp Milkmaid
  18. Elaichi powder 1 spoon
  19. 2 tsp Chopped Dry fruits which you like

Instructions

  1. First take a bowl add Mawa, refined flour and mash with palm.
  2. Roast sesame seeds in a vessel and grind it to make a powder.
  3. In Mawa mixture mix 2 tablespoon roasted sesame seeds powder.
  4. When Everything mix well make gulab jamun with this.
  5. For gulab jamun stuffing sesame seeds roasted,elaichi powder and cashew nut.
  6. Fill 1/4 spoon stuffing in each gulab jamun.
  7. Fry gulab jamun in hot oil on medium flame.
  8. For sugar syrup take a pan add sugar and water bring to boil.
  9. When sugar syrup become half string consistency add Elaichi powder and off the flame.
  10. Soak all the hot gulab jamun in warm sugar syrup.
  11. For rabdi boil the milk.
  12. When it become half in quantity add almond powder.
  13. Mix sugar and milkmaid.
  14. In the end add elaichi powder and dry fruits.
  15. Now in a serving bowl fill some rabdi and put a Gulab Jamun over it.
  16. Ready to serve.
