The traditional gulab jamun with yummy kesari rabdi.

Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. For gulab jamun:
  2. Bread 4 slice
  3. Milk powder 1 teaspoon
  4. Milk 2 teaspoon
  5. Oil 1 teaspoon
  6. All purpose flour 1 teaspoon
  7. Oil for frying
  8. For Syrup:
  9. Water 1 cup
  10. Sugar 1 cup
  11. Rose water 1/2 teaspoon
  12. For Rabdi
  13. Milk 1 cup
  14. Milk made 1/2 cup
  15. Paneer 2 teaspoon crumb
  16. Kesar

Instructions

  1. For rabdi :- Bring the milk to boil in a heavy bottom pan. Add paneer and cook for 3 minutes add kesar, milk maid and cook on a high flame for 1 minute.
  2. For jamun:
  3. Remove the edges of the bread and add all purpose flour, milk powder, oil 1 teaspoon, milk and mix it well. Make a dough.
  4. For syrup:
  5. Now heat a pan add water, sugar and rose water. Make a one drop sugar syrup.
  6. Now heat a pan add oil make a ball with mixture dough. Now fry all in ghee.
  7. Dip in sugar syrup.
  8. Garnish.
  9. Take a plate pour rabdi and gulab jamuns, decorate it with rose petals.
