  1. Ingredients for gulab jamun:
  2. Chocochips chocolate 1 teaspoon
  3. Bread brown 2
  4. Milk 1¹/² teaspoon
  5. Malai 1/2 teaspoon
  6. Ghee for frying )1/2 kadai
  7. Coconut powder 1 teaspoon
  8. Ingredients for kesariya rabdi:
  9. Milk 1 kilogram
  10. Dry fruits chopped 1 teaspoon
  11. Kesar a pinch
  12. Warm milk 1/2 katori
  13. Sugar 1 katori or to taste
  14. Ilachi powder 1 teaspoon

Instructions

  1. Cut the dark brown side of bread.
  2. Add milk and malai in it.
  3. Make a fine dough.
  4. Take a katori add chocochips and coconut powder in it. Mix it well.
  5. Take a ball of dough and press it.
  6. Put choco stuffing in the middle of the dough ball.
  7. Then make a fine ball.
  8. Then deep fry it on medium flame for 2 to 3 minutes.
  9. Gulab jamun is ready.
  10. Now take a kadai and put milk in it.
  11. Boil it till it becomes a little thick.
  12. Dissolve kesar in 1/2 katori of warm milk.
  13. Put sugar, kesar milk, ilachi powder in to the kadai.
  14. Cook it for 5 minutes and it is ready. Pour kesariya rabdi on chocolate gulab jamun and garnish it with dry fruits.
