ABOUT Begun pora RECIPE

Begun pora roasted eggplant mashed with green chillies onions salt and raw mustard oil a wonderful winter special dish.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Big size eggplant 1
  2. Mustard oil 2 tablespoon
  3. Onion chopped 1 medium size
  4. Fresh chillies 2 chopped
  5. Freshly chopped coriander
  6. Salt as per taste

Instructions

  1. Slit the eggplant lengthwise with a knife and rub with mustard oil.
  2. Roast the eggplant directly on open fire slowly.
  3. Roast it until the skin charred completely and the inner portion well cooked.
  4. Let it cool and skin it.
  5. Mash it with all ingredients.
  6. Serve immediately with roti.
