Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. For dough:- 1 cup whole wheat flour
  2. 1/4 cup soya flour
  3. 1/2 tap salt
  4. 1/2 tsp ghee/oil
  5. 1 cup blanch palak puree
  6. For stuffing:-1 cup peas boiled
  7. 1/2 cup moong sprouts
  8. 1 cup boiled potatoes mashed
  9. 1 capsicum chopped
  10. 1" ginger piece
  11. 3 green chilli
  12. 4 garlic cloves3
  13. 1 tsp red chilli powder
  14. 1 tsp aamchur /dry mango powder
  15. 1 tsp garam masala
  16. Salt to taste
  17. 1 tsp chaat masala
  18. Ghee to roast paratha

Instructions

  1. For dough:- mix both flours with salt, ghee and palak puree and mix well.
  2. Knead to make soft dough using enough water. Cover the dough.
  3. For stuffing:- First in vender take sports, peas, coriander, ginger, garlic, and green chilli bekend to smooth paste.
  4. Mix all the remaining ingridents and mix well.
  5. To make the paratha take a small amount of dough and shape it round.
  6. With the help of rolling pin roll the dough into a circle.
  7. Place around 1 tbsp of filling in the centre. Gather all the edges and pinch them together or forming a seal.
  8. Flatten using you fingers and roll again into a circle.
  9. Place the paratha on heated tawa once there are light brown spots on one sides.
  10. Flip the paratha and apply ghee/oil on the other side now.
  11. Cook till paratha has brown patches call over.
  12. Serve hot with yoghurt, sliced onion and pickle.
