Broccoli is very nutritious , rich in iron and nutrients, so incorporating this to make something very delicious and filling.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 1 cup Multigrain atta
  2. 1/4 cup Besan
  3. 1 cup chopped broccoli
  4. 2 green chilli
  5. 1 chopped onion
  6. 1 spoon kasuri methi
  7. Salt according to taste
  8. 1 spoon ajwain
  9. Oil for frying
  10. Water if required
  11. 1 spoon pickle masala

Instructions

  1. Take a bowl put atta,Besan,salt ,ajwain and kasuri methi.
  2. Then chop broccoli and onion.
  3. Then make a dough put all mentioned ingredients .
  4. Then rest for ten minutes.
  5. After ten minutes take a dough make a ball and flaten like a paratha and put on heated tawa shallow fry it with Desi ghee from both sides .
  6. Serve hot.
