ABOUT instant carrot ginger & green chilly pickle RECIPE

It is quick and easy pickle for the beginners & those who don’t like raw carrot , it’s best condiment .

Ingredients Serving: 10

  1. 500 GM carrots
  2. 50 GM ginger
  3. 50 GM green chillies
  4. 2 tbsp salt
  5. pinch asafoetida
  6. 50 GM split mustard yellow
  7. 50 GM ground fenugreek yellow
  8. 2 big tsp oil
  9. 4 tbsp lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Remove skin of carrot & remove middle white portion & cut into long slices
  2. remove ginger skin. & cut into slice as shown in pickle pic
  3. Remove seeds from green chillies & cut into two halves
  4. Taken all together in mixing bowl .
  5. Add salt to it
  6. Add split mustard and mix well .
  7. now add ground fenugreek yellow & mix well
  8. Add lemon juice & mix upto 3/4 minutes.
  9. Heat oil in kadai & add asafoetida in it & pour it on the pickle & mix well.Instant pickle is ready .
