ABOUT Instant green chilli pickle RECIPE

This is an instant chilly pickle , made with green chillies and spices, this can be made quickly and served with some parathas or with some dal rice.

Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. 250 gm green chillies
  2. 1 tbsp fennel
  3. 1 tbsp mustard seed
  4. 2 Lemon
  5. Salt to taste
  6. 1/2 tbsp turmeric
  7. 2 tbsp Mustard Oil

Instructions

  1. Wash green chilli.
  2. Split them from middle.
  3. Roast fennel, mustard seeds and hing [asafoetida].
  4. Grind it .
  5. Heat mustard oil.
  6. Add salt & turmeric powder .
  7. All spices that we ground earlier.
  8. Mix well, add the mustard oil and mix.
  9. Squeeze lemon and mix well.
  10. Ready to eat green chilli pickle.
