Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 15 hot green chillies
  2. Salt as per taste i used two teaspoons
  3. Dry dhania powder two teaspoons
  4. one teaspoon dry mango powder
  5. half teaspoon garam masala
  6. half teaspoon turmeric powder
  7. one fourth teaspoon sugar
  8. two tablespoons mustard oil to fry chillies
  9. two teaspoon water to sprinkle on chillies only if required

Instructions

  1. Wash the chillies and wipe them dry
  2. slit all chillies lengthwise from centre without removing its stem
  3. heat oil add chillies
  4. cook covered for three minutes
  5. add all the dry spices now mix very well
  6. cover n cook on medium flame for three minutes
  7. sprinkle water if you feel the spices r over roasing
  8. cook for two minutes
  9. They are ready to eat
