Very easy and tasty instant jalapeno pickle ,can be made in 10 minutes.

Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Jalapeno(green big chillies)10nos.
  2. Mustard oil 2table spoon.
  3. Salt 2 tea spoon.
  4. Lemon juice 2table spoon.
  5. Mustard seeds 1/2tea spoon.
  6. Red chilli powder 1tea spoon.
  7. Turmeric powder 1tea spoon.
  8. To be ground together:
  9. Fennel seeds 1table spoon.
  10. Cumin seeds 1tea spoon.
  11. Coriander seeds 2table spoon.
  12. Fenugreek seeds 1/2tea spoon.
  13. Mustard seeds 1tea spoon.

Instructions

  1. Wash and dry chillies with a napkin.
  2. Slit each chilli longitidinally.keep aside.
  3. Dry roast the spices under the caption of "to be ground together".
  4. Dry grind and keep in a bowl.Add red chilly powder,turmeric powder and salt to it.
  5. Mix well,add 1table spoon mustard oil to make a paste.
  6. Stuff each chilli with the spices.Keep aside.
  7. Heat a wok/pan.Add 1table spoon mustard oil ,when smoking,add mustard seeds.
  8. Lower the flame ,add stuffed chillies.Stir fry.
  9. Give a splash of water to chillies,cover and cook on lower flame for 2minutes.
  10. Pou lemon juice over chillies.Mix well.
  11. Pickle is ready.Serve with meal/puri/parathe.
