Take 100 gm of green chillies which are generally used for making any suji. Rinse them well and Pat dry
Chop the chillies in small chunks or bite size pieces. Remove the stack first
Turn of the flame Nd add cumin seeds, fenugreek seeds, funnel seeds, black mustard seeds to the pan.
Roast the spices on very medium flame
We just remove the moisture of the spices, stir constantly. Or you can keep these spices under sunlight also.
Roast them for half a minute.
Now grind all spices with the help of mixture grinder and ground them little coarsely.
Mix all spices to the chopped chillies, also put musturd oil, white vinegar, salt Nd turmeric powder
Mix everything really well.
Pickle is now ready.
This pickle can be consumed immediately.
