ABOUT Instant green chilly pickle RECIPE

Spicy and delectable pickle which goes well with rice, idli, dosa etc

Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. Green chilly 8
  2. 1 tsp mustard
  3. A pinch of asafoetida
  4. 4 grains of methi seeds
  5. 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  6. 1 tbsp Coconut oil
  7. Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Grind together green chillies, mustard, methi and salt coarsely.
  2. Heat kadai,add coconut oil, splutter mustard.
  3. Add haldi and ground mixture, asafoetida and boil it for 10 minutes.
  4. Pickle is ready.
