A lovely Punjabi paneer dish.
Paneer makhni has always been my favourite, can I see image also :)
Cut the paneer in 1 inch cubes. Deep fry in hot oil slightly.
In another pan heat the ghee and shallow fry ginger, garlic, cloves, cardamom, kaju and grind it well.
Now heat the pan, pour oil add squared shape chopped shimla mirch then the bay leaves, and ginger garlic paste stir it till it start leaving oil, now add tomato puree and stir.
Add half cup of water make it boil and add fried paneer in it.
Decorate it with green corriender and serve hot
