Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. Paneer 200 gms
  2. Ginger-garlic paste 2 tsp
  3. Tomatoes 4( medium)
  4. Green chillies 2
  5. Tejpatta 1
  6. Cashews 8-10
  7. Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
  8. Chilli powder 1 1/2 tdp
  9. Coriander powder 1/2 tsp
  10. Garam masala powder 1/2 tsp
  11. Dried Fenugreek leaves 1 tsp
  12. Cream 2tsp
  13. Butter 2 tsp
  14. Sugar 1/2 tsp
  15. Salt

Instructions

  1. Make puree of the tomatoes in a blender.
  2. Put butter in a pan and add tejpatta and green chillies. Then add ginger-garlic paste and saute.
  3. Add tomato puree, chilli powder,coriander powder, turmeric powder, garam masala , cashew paste and keep on stirring .
  4. Add salt, sugar and water.
  5. Now put fenugreek leaves.
  6. Now add paneer and simmer for some minutes.
  7. Add cream stir it properly and serve.
